One Videographer and assistant will arrive at least one hour before your ceremony. They will consult with officiate for on site restrictions and best possible camera locations. A wireless microphone will be placed on the groom to capture the vows clearly. Camera positions will be placed to allow maximum visibility of the bride and groom on the altar. A remote camera may be placed preferably on the altar behind the officiant if allowed. The camera coverage will include guests being seated and if possible the bride arriving before the ceremony. A single camera will be used for the reception to capture all the events.
After the ceremony the exit of the bride and groom and guests will be recorded. At the end of the ceremony, the video crew will move to the reception site and meet with the on-site coordinator or room captain. We will also confer with the DJ on the schedule of events and timing. Videographer will record reception room table settings, flowers, wedding cake, etc. before people are seated. We will record portions of the cocktail hour and record impromptu interviews of well wishers. We will record the arrival of the bridal party, the grand entrance, toasts from the Best Man and Maid of Honor, parents, etc., first dance, father and daughter dance and mother and son dance, cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss. We will also record “special moments” and general dancing on a best effort basis. Video will be delivered on three (3) DVD copies.
